    Product works great, but when I first received the SIM from BestBuy I opened it and the activation date was already expired so I had to call Mint to get it reactivated so I could use it. Then it took almost a week of back and forth calls with Mint about activating my new SIM and phone till we figured out that the SIM I was sent was defective.
