Really like this Best Buy really near to my home. Always clean and on most days very friendly people. But on the day i purchase my GoPro6 a individual was not easy to talk to i was indecisive on the GoPro but knew i was going to purchase ether the GoPro5 or 6 the individual seem like he was having a long day and was impatience. Im assuming i ask one to many question. But once i finalize my choice, the product i was going to purchase the rest of the purchasing process went very well. Cashier was very friendly.

I purchased two Xbox controllers in which one of them was not available at the store and was to be shipped to my home address by 4/10. I received an email yesterday stating that order delayed and if I do not receive it by 5/9, order will be cancelled. Not sure what the cause of the delay is but I tried canceling the order since I can not wait a full Month and I was unable to cancel! This experience has ruined my original good experience!

Love shopping at Best Buy. Very competitive with other retail stores.
