movie has great action, but it has all the drama of Shakespeare. with murder, revenge and deceit. they did Aquaman proud.

The plot is classic and simple but execution of this movie is disappointing. The producer apparently wants this movie as PG-13 but they place too many parts not suitable for children or teenagers. The characters are too much black & white (I mean 100% good or 100% evil) but the romance parts are too vague and confusing. Should have trim down the violence and make it a PG movie from the original comics.

This is a great movie to prepare for the hopefully to be release movie of Aquaman, It was far from the childish rendering of the past.

this is one of the best animated movies I have ever seen in the DC universe. Buy it and you will not be disappointed.

A Great story comes to life! Aquaman is a barely used character & it is nice to see him effectively as a lead character!~

Justice League movie is a great action pack cartoon if you liked the one cartoons of the justice League you will love the new version

I enjoyed this animated movie. I think it gets better with repeat viewings. If you thought Aquaman was a weak character, this movie will change your mind. Aquaman came off as a pretty cool character. I also really like the fact that the blu-ray comes with 4 bonus cartoons from the Justice League animated series.

This movie is awesome. DC animation has released some great movies over the years and this one is no exception. Aquaman is relavant!

Great movie, easily one of the DC animated universes best. It is a shame that we really only get one or two of these every year.

Pretty good storyline. Don't read the comics much so I can't say how close to the actual story it is but good overall.

As always, DC knows how to give us good animated movies. If you're a JL or Aquaman fan, get this movie. You won't be disapointed.

I know what you're thinking - why is Aquaman the lead character? Who cares? And I don't blame you for thinking that. But this isn't the same wimpy Aquaman from the old Super Friends show. No, this guy is a bit edgier and far cooler than any Aquaman than you've ever seen. I suspect that this movie was made to set the tone for the Aquaman in the upcoming Dawn of Justice movie and it works. The animation is typical of DC's quality (very good) and the story is even better. Fun for any age superhero fan.

The movie as a whole was pretty good, great voice acting with the exception of Batman, who was awful. The animation is average, which is where you'll be surprised, as the cover art both front and rear on the dvd case shows stunning graphics that would rival Final Fantasy Advent Children... Unfortunately, they chose to tease with it and not deliver in that category. That is my only gripe with the movie, other than that, it was what we've done to expect from a DC animated film.

The Justice League movie is one of the best animated show I have watch. It was a good take on the story of Atlantis and Aquaman.

They should make more cartoon movie like this I would like to buy the entire collection of justice league unlimited

I had a really nice time watching this. An interesting new origin story. Plus its a nice way of presenting the Justice League.

I wish the artwork on the cover translated on film. The story of Arthur Curry's rise to power is not bad. However, the artwork looks cheap. I imagine it takes a great deal of work to create the style used for the characters and background art. I just wished it could look as good as it does on the Blu-ray cover. Four Stars for the storyline.

If you want to learn a little about marvel, this is a good beginners film about justice league.

Definitely a different justice league they kill quite a few bad guys in this but tell a pretty good story.

I thoroughly enjoy all the animated releases Warner Brothers produces. I have a tendency to purchase them day of release so that I can get the collectible figurine accompanying the movie. I find the movies a great point of entrance for any unknowing new fan or observer, especially since they started to build on the New 52 Universe with these movies. Most of all, after this last one, my wife quipped to me that she "enjoys these much better than the Super Friends" that used to air when we were kids.
