After my Kenwood radio was installed, I had several performance issues with the dash interface not responding to control inputs. I spoke to Vinny in the Bay about the issues. He provided me with a better dash interface solution. Now everything works consistently as it should. Vinny removed and replaced the part quickly, explaining the features of the new part. Outstanding Customer support and service - Vinny listened carefully to my issues and asked a number of key questions about when the problem occurs, which was key in him pinpointing the source of the problem. His attention to detail and his concern for a positive outcome was ever-present. Yes, Best Buy has great prices, but that's not the main reason why I shop at Best Buy. I can get a price match at a big box story. The reason I shop at Best Buy is because of the Outstanding Customer Support and expert knowledge of your people.
