These guys are incredible at making your TV look perfect in its space as well as working like a dream!!! I just can't say enough about how great the teams are! I have had 3 different teams at 3 different times due to various stages of renovations (one left to go!) and each time there were different situations that they were able to resolve. Thank YOU!!!!

TV works well, but the installation was exceptional and quick. The tech's ability to program the TV was mind-blowing. I was mesmerized by his agility and dexterity in entering the data in the remote control. Best clean up!

These guys are the best and worth their weight in pixels. They were very knowledable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them for any large tv or mount install. Two tv installs and one mount install and finally a disposal--In less than 3 hours ! No price can be put on the peace of mind that these professionals bring. The installer was a contractor, not a BestBuy employee. He knew the job very well, and worked quickly and efficiently. He had miscellaneous parts (bolts etc) in his tool kit and did not to back & forth to tge truck for tools, etc. Personable and professional. I offered to help, but he handled everything. He removed the old TV from the wall mount and installed the new TV. Then very precisely centered it and arranged the cables to minimize their presence. Afterwards, we checked the TV operation; the channels seemed fine, but the wifi signal was weak making it difficult to stream channels. After he left, i checked the TV channels and most were missing. This was a cable company issue, not an installation issue. But after a half hour on the phone with the cable company tech person, all channels were available and functioning. The installer did an excellent job.

Matt and Christina are some of the best Geek Squad staff anyone could ask for! They mounted a total of 3 TV’s for us, one of them including a sound bar, and did a fantastic, neat, leveled job! They even work fast too! They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I will be requesting them again when we decide to mount another TV.

The agents worked with my schedule. They were professional, so very helpful and very thorough in making sure that everything was hooked up correctly and working as it was intended. Matt and Kevin were great!

Arrived on time and completed the installation very quickly. Answered my questions regarding the installation and how the TV was set up.

Not a big reviewer, but the two gents from Geek Squad were simply awesome. They came on a day when we had an ice storm. They WALKED the TV and sound bar down our 69 foot driveway and proceeded to do an awesome job installing everything and getting it going. Best Buy and Geek Squad with “Total Tech Package “ is the way to go.

My technician Jason was fabulous. He took time to mount my new TV and install the apps necessary for me to view the TV choices available to me. He was methodical and as for me, he was particular in doing his best to hide cables, etc. He was patient and thoughtful. You have a wonderful employee in Jason.

Both Justin and Omari did a outstanding installation. They were professional and comcompleted the job on time. Hopefully in the future they'll be assign to do another install here .

The Geek Squad arrived at the scheduled time to delver and set up the tv. They did their job correctly, accurately and quickly. They were very neat and provided excellent instructions on how to use the remote to add apps. They agents were polite and friendly. I would absolutely highly recommend Geek Squad service to everyone!

Geek Squad mounted my TV and reviewed with us its operation. Total Tech is the only way for our family to deal with installation, and all tech help! The excellence of the Geek Squad people is what makes Best Buy my only choice for electronics and tech items.

Mounted 77” TV and Bose sound bar over rock fireplace. They did an amazing job making sure it was the right height and centered. Connected to sound bar and ensured it was working properly. Was very patient with my questions and concerns. Wires completely invisible. Cleaned up what little mess they had. Highly recommend.

The agent set up my television (no mounting was required) and made sure I had access to everything I was supposed to and explained how to navigate among devices. He was patient and knowledgeable.
