    "Miss Peregrine's..." spent, almost, an hour filling us in on the characters and situational background. It almost put us to sleep! But the second hour (half) brought us to a pretty good climax, albeit somewhat lame. I would recommend it for 8 year olds and under but ok for the rest of us.
