4k picture an sound, what a great way to enjoy a Tim Burton film. This follows the normal fairytale style of story telling Burton is known for with some interesting creepy dark twists. I feels like a movie geared a little more towards the younger crowd, but with a few nice little moments for an older crowd as well. I was expecting a little more however, and found myself looking and expecting a more epic film. Sadly it fall a bit short but still worth a watch if you have not seen it.

Movie is as good as the book. Gave the movie to my son, but told him I want it back, because I know I'm going to watch it again,

My Refrigerator has all the space I could want. Now when I cook for the Holidays I will have space for the food before cooking and space for Desserts or any leftovers after .

Was a fantastically wonderful movie to watch the amount of good acting is comparable to many great movies well worth owning in your own personal collection.

I didn't know much about this movie, I bought it for my wife. It was a neat story. I hope they make some sequels because it comes from a series of books. Entertaining watch!

In reading the book then watching the video this is for older children or adults. I wouldn't recommend this to children under thirteen due to the monsters.

Great fun filled family movie , my wife and I without the kids loved this movie and will watch it again . I truly wish that Hollywood would make more movies like this one .

The theme has been told before more or less and this movie is a little slow, however, the acting is very good and characters are well received. Worth watching.

A great story. Watching this for the second time. And the digital copy will come in handy for long flight to California (and maybe for a rainy day when we go camping).

This is a very good movie, about a boy who finds out all the stories about some peculiar children he heard from his grandfather were real. Plenty of action and adventure.

Interesting story well written and well acted. Kids really enjoyed although there were monsters it was not scary. Recommend this for good family night movie.

My youngest is four and did get scared by a few parts but overall we all enjoyed the movie alot and the kids wanted to be super strong like the little girl in the movie.

Movie was good to me. Pacing was ok and story was good. However, pic quality is where this movie shines. Image is crystal clear and HDR is implemented well.
