all I can say is, awesome movie. I didn't think it would be as good as it was. as I saw more of it, it went from good to great.

I have never read the book but I still liked the Movie. I loved how the Kids were protected all the time from Evil.

Loved the movie but might be much for the children. I guess it's something about eating the eyeballs of others :D

Movie was not what I expected. It was way to different for me. I will watch it a second time to get more out of it.

When the book hit the shelves a few years back. I knew from the get go this screamed Tim Burton and only Tim. Sure enough it happened in a short amount of time there after. It's an okay film, some fun and fascination along the way. Yet it didn't feel perfectly polished though either. Everyone does their best to keep it going but it's a little flat too.

I didn't know what to expect when watching this film. It was a little strange, but my kids and I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed this film I have read all the books in the series and this was a fun adaption of the first novel.

Kids liked it so thats what matters. I fell asleep half way thru. Good media room movie. Not enough action though.

The girlfriend really likes the film and I’m pleased to say that the visuals in 4K do the movie justice.

quite entertaining, a bit violent, but not overly scary for most children. Maybe a bit intense for the very young.

As strange as this movie was, I actually enjoyed it! It would work as a children's movie or a family movie!

Looks great on bluray. I'm not sure the storyline so strong enough to watch multiple times but worth the purchase if in sale.

Great movie but you can always tell a Tim Burton film. They always have this silence and weirdness abt them but a good movie

After purchasing a new tv and bluray player, This was my first 4k Bluray disc. Great movie and fantastic quality. Very happy

A very dramatic movie on a complex social issue (or issues!), that is very well produced and directed! Worth seeing!
