Damaged

It had a dent and when opening the steelbook it would split from the spine. With bestbuy not selling physical media I won't be able to replace it with another one nor I think I would be able to return it because I open it.

Scratched disc

Paying $38.00 for a steelbook, there should not be a huge scratch on a brand new unopened movie!
