Fantastic movie for kids and adults alike. The music is very catchy, the characters are fun, and the overall story is a nice change from the Disney standard of a princess needing rescuing. In fact, there are no love story undertones at all, instead letting you fall in love with the characters themselves. The plot is a simpler, straightforward story without many twists and turns, but is very entertaining nonetheless.

Great story, amazing animation, fantastic voice acting, and an excellent musical score that will stay stuck in your head for days! Moana is fun for audiences of all ages. This film received Oscar nominations for Best Animated Feature, and Best Original Song "How Far I'll Go." If you're a fan of Disney movies, you'll enjoy this one.

We did not get to see the movie in theaters, as my toddlers are not ready to take that experience in. I am very happy I decided to blind buy it because it has been a hit at the house with them. The characters are funny, the colors are vivid, and the music makes the Frozen soundtrack seem like second rate music. More importantly, having all girls, my kids get a strong and inspirational female character in Moana.

I originally saw it in the theater with my twin boys and knew immediately we were going to buy it when it became available. This is right up there as one of my favorite Disney movies of all time. It is really funny, the music score is incredible, and it is visually gorgeous!!! It is amazing what they can do with computers these days. It looks SO real. This is one movie I just can't get sick of watching!

Great animated film with great characters and music

Wow man, this is indeed a very nice movie. I bought the Bluray and dvd combo pack with the Digital copy for me and I liked it so much that I also bought a copy for my mom who enjoys great Animation. The colors are very vibrant and looks awesome on both my 4k tvs, the story is also very nice and can cause you to tear up a "bit" but it's awesome. I hope you get the movie to add to your movie collection.

Besides being in 3D, the characters are three dimensional as well, that's because of great writing. Is it just me, or are credit rolls for these kinds of films getting way longer?! It's like an entire city worked on some aspect of this, and it shows in every frame of film. Like I always say if everyone, from the youngest to the oldest can sit down together and enjoy the same movie...you have a winner.

I had seen this movie prior to purchasing it so I already knew it was good. My daughter loves it. It is visually appealing and has a lot of dialogue for the parents to get a kick out of just as much as the kids. There is a ton of singing, which one almost expects form Disney, but more so than normal. But from the special features, its due to the culture this movie represents. Really loved this movie!

One thing says it all: as soon as it was over my 7 year old daughter says, "Can we watch it again?!" Such a cute movie, and just all around great Disney fun. No complaints at all, and I love the BR/DVD/Digital packages. They enable us to put it on any tv in the house, and then we can load the digital version to Disney Movies Anywhere and she can watch it on her tablet any time. No negatives in sight!

One of the better new Disney films. I like the girl heroine.

Great movie in itself, my only problem was with the first one I ordered, after opening a completely sealed movie.... Contained no discs at all, or digital copy insert, only had another insert folded in half and tucked under the clips. Thankfully, this wasnt purchased as a gift! After calling best buys 800 number, They sent a replacement. Next time will do the shake test before opening.

Gorgeous colorful animation and catchy songs that have my whole family singing along! After my little ones obsessing over Frozen for so long Moana is a welcome change. Funny and entertaining for adults too! I like that this combo pack has a blu-ray for my car, DVD for my house, and a digital download for our mobile devices so we can watch anywhere without the risk if losing or scratching the disc.

This movie is about Moana's journey to discover her calling, going against a variety of adversarial circumstances. For those who grew up in the confines of strict rules, this movie will be a liberating experience. The songs are catchy and lively, capturing the mood perfectly. Although the theme of the movie is straight forward, the entertainment it provides makes this movie worth it.

We saw this in the movie theater but it was worth it to buy and watch it at home. I like that Disney packages the BluRay, DVD, and digital copy so that my daughters could watch this movie via any different means and makes it easier and pleasant for long drives. The movie was great with a good story line. The songs are a bit catchy and my daughters tend to sing and dance when watching the movie.

Moana is hands down the independent free spirited of the Disney princesses. No propaganda about women lusting after men or being subservient. Moana is a calling to all girls to be free spirited and free thinking. The soundtrack rocks. The story enlightens. The characters flawed...just like life. Best Disney flick in ages.

Granddaughters Love This Latest Installment Of Moana.

A great movie with a fun story. We've all seen the Greek god movies and Norse too. This is a new venture into a different story with different deities. The music is fun and it's a great movie from beginning to end. Alan Tudyk as the chicken, Hei Hei, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as the Demigod Maui, and Temuera Morrison (Jango Fett) as the village chief. Both Johnson and Morrison sing beautifully.
