The movie was, as is the norm for Disney excellent. Water being so important in it I was gpad to see the water animations an effects were stunning. My Steelbook had a couple scratches on it, very disappointed in best Buy for that, but that's their failure not the movies fault.

Its great to finally see Pacific Islanders represented on film. The visuals in Moana are terrific, really well done. The sequence in the beginning where Moana is a baby / toddler and the Ocean chooses her is awesome! This movie has a lot going for it. It features the newest Disney Princess on a grand adventure / quest. It has musical numbers, and its also a buddy movie, with comedy coming from Moana's interactions with Maui. I only wish there was more of the cute little pig named Pua in the movie. Instead we get a lot of Hei-Hei the crazy chicken. All in all, Disney's Moana is a home run.

Another hit movie in Disney's string of Princess themed animations. Being in the Pacific, I can tell you that they got the vibe right and were very respectful in the portrayal of Polynesian culture. Having the Rock and a local wahine as the leads helped, I'm sure.

This is my little one's favorite movie right now. The blue-ray looks great and it's nice to have a DVD back up. I haven't used the digital copy but hear it's great to have when you have internet access and no DVD player. Very happy, would buy again but don't think I'll need to.

First of all I don't do any reviews, but this movie is a blast. It's fun and funny for the whole family to enjoy. My daughter who is 5 yrs old. Really loved this movie, she almost wants to watch this everyday now. If you don't have this movie in your collection it's a must get.

Bought this for my kids. Both enjoyed the story. Once you finish watching your kids will be singing "thank you, your welcome" song. Catchy tune. The 3d works great as many cartoons I've noticed do better with it. My kids enjoy the extras. Its a great time, disney did it again.

My grandkids can watch this movie over and over throughout their day. My 2 year old granddaughter already knows the dances and songs by heart. Beautiful, great quality, movie!

I watched this with my spouse (no kids), and we loved it. Great music, fun story, and felt good after watching it. Glad to see Disney becoming more diverse. I would strongly recommend this for anyone with children or who want a few laughs and a feel-good movie to watch.

For some reason, I was slow to watch Moana, thinking that lightning couldn't strike twice -- that Disney might not pull off two amazing films so close together (after Frozen) -- which made me pleasantly surprised. Moana has important messages no matter who's in the audience.

The story of Moana is a great movie about the islanders, a young woman facing her destined adventure, a demi-god full of character, a rooster for comedy relief, and a raging fiery goddess that is more than meets the eye. A brilliant movie full of action.

Moana is a great addition to the new Disney renaissance, and with catchy tunes provided by Mr. "Alexander Hamilton" himself, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and a stellar voice cast you should find it a shiny treat to watch with the whole family. Not to mention the gorgeous animation.

My kids and I saw it in the theater and loved it. The story was great and original, the songs were catchy and even I can sing along with them and the visuals were all amazing. The ocean seemed real. We picked it up in 3D and im sure it will be one we watch over and over again.

I love this film so magical on its own!! Great catchy songs and characters that just keeps you smiling. Def a family favorite of ours!!

I'm a big fan of buying physical media. I feel like you can never go wrong owning something physical. Best Buy's steel box editions are such a fun product, I buy them when ever they come out. This film was fantastic and brings Disney magic all the way through. Treat yourself.

Moana is a good movie overall especially for kids. My boys love Maui and the songs and the colorful scenes. What can I say, it’s a Disney cartoon. I got this on Black Friday so the price was awesome. Would I buy it at regular price? Hmm I’d probably think about it.

As I'm writing my reviews I'm seeing a recurring theme in many of the kids movies I've bought. This is a wonderful film with fantastic music - my daughter sings these songs over and over. It is funny (the Rock is great) and touching - a good all round family movie.

I really enjoy watching this movie with my family, they all enjoy it and its a super cute and inspiring movie for young children!!

Moana was better than expected, for those skeptical as I was that The Rock played a voice in the movie trust me in saying he did great. The visuals of the movie are amazing and the plot is definitely original. Extras include your normal items and you also get a digital copy.

Moana is beautiful on Blu-ray. I use my PS3 to play this disc and it doesn't disappoint. The songs are well written and the picture quality is so gorgeous. The cover of the blu-ray disc has a rainbow sheen when it hits the light correctly (this was a nice finishing touch).

I was worried about ordering a movie before it came out on DVD. But it was well worth it. The movie came right on time and the whole family enjoyed it. It's a movie that will be talked about all the time. A must see family movie for all ages even the parents will enjoy it.
