Difficult to synchronize new devices

Posted .Hello Rafael, thank you for reaching out to us. When pairing multiple MobiCams to the MOBI App you would simply pair the device(s) following the prompts in the App. Once multiple MobiCams are paired you will have the camera icon which provides access to view them simultaneously.

Poor Quality

The Wi-Fi pairing continuously dropped causing me to have to reset the camera at least once every two weeks. I finally gave up and it’s now a paperweight.

Posted .Hello Vilma, Thank you for reaching out. The MobiCam can be adjusted multiple ways. One way is the direction function key that you can locate under the live stream of the MobiCam, the second is by using your finger on the live stream page to navigate the MobiCam. The last is by manually moving the camera to where you want it to be.

Good camera for the price.

Posted .Hello Matt, thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the MobiCam. When the device loses its connection to the WiFi it will display "Offline", if it doesn't reset itself we recommend manually removing the device from your MOBI Account then pairing it back to the WiFi.
