Data transfer not completed. After going back to store a tech figured out the data didn't transfer because of my Norton VPN prevented transfer. When he deleted Norton transfer went smoothly.

They were very helpful in helping me set up my new phone. It seems the Wi-Fi connection at store was very slow so it took for ever but I applaud the clerk who stuck with me to get it done.

A bit expensive but glad I had BB do the transfer, a few problems with the transfer of a lot of data and would have taken me a lot longer to resolve.

The techs who helped me were wonderful! They were very helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. The data transfer took a while, basically because I had so much data to transfer, but I was happy to wander the store!!

The value of this service to me was in large excess of the cost. I would recommend this to anyone. Browse around the store for a bit and voila, your phone is ready.

Iphone 14 Volume very low seems a fluke of the phone! Best Buy does not take time to answer any questions or concerns, nor do they go over invoice at all!

Was able to do 2 separate transfers each having their own challenges including not correct passwords etc. Was knowledgeable to know what workarounds would work and was successful.

Transfer of data was excellent geek squad personnel did great job explaining what they were doing. I will gladly go back if I need help again.
