Efficient and complete. The transaction was set up well but we were advised of the wait time and it took 35 minutes longer. When it was done we had to hunt down our customer support to confirm completion.

This seemed to go somewhat quickly, considering all the data, we each had on our phones. It still took awhile, but process was fairly straight forward.

This service is the reason I purchase my Verizon phones at Best Buy. The data transfer can take a while and the phone associates are always patient and knowledgeable. Successful transfers every time.

Very easy and the employee was very helpful. I had no clue how to transfer data, and he did it all for me. It didn't take nearly as long as I anticipated.

Although it took 45 minutes or so, the transfer from an old BlackBerry phone to a new Samsung phone worked very well. A Best Buy store employee performed the transfer using the Smart Switch app on both phones.

It is definitely a must-do process if you want to keep valuable information. The only downside it took a lot of time to process the transfer in my case.

Best Buy associate was awesome and patient. I’m glad I got the total tech with the included apple care as part of the plan. Worth every dollar. Plus the zagg screen saver with lifetime replacement!

Best Buy transferred all the data from my galaxy to the iPhone 15 and it went smoothly. The transfer was much quicker than when I went from the iPhone to the galaxy a few years back.

I was very unhappy with my new phone when I walked in. When I went out I was a Happy Customer the gentleman who helped me was young man who was knowledgeable,polite and fixed all the problems I was experiencing The Geek Squad is the best.

Mobile Phone Data Transfer with my Iphone Pro max was seamless

I hate trying transfer stuff. I love the Best Buy staff in Rapid City SD. Been buying from them for years due to their excellent staff.

The guy that transfered my phone for me was very knowledgeable. He made my day. Im really liking my new phone the 23 ultra. Its just like the phone i traded the 22 ultra. Lol. Thats ok though.

Brent made sure that our Iphones retained all the important data and information. Seamless. That young man is a credit to your organization!

I can't rave enough about the wonderful customer service rep I had at Best Buy he was kind, helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this service.

We had issues transferring my data.. Broke part of my old phone to try getting the data on my new phone.. That and all of my data was not transferred..

The technical assistant who helped me set up my new cell phone was a young woman who obviously cared about her clients. She was knowledgeable, efficient and effective. I could not have asked for more attention and quality service.

Only transferred over three quarters of the apps and did it transfer over three photo albums from the Google drive. Other than that went smoothly. I would definitely purchase this option again
