I can't believe that all my apps were downloadable. (Well, except for my 700 Solitaire games.) Very happy.

Worked with they Geek squad for this transfer.Went to Verizon and they didn't know what they were doing.Worked with Aaron Marshall at the Geek squad and he was able to fix the problem very easily .was very pleased with the outcome

Absolutely flawless job. I would recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad to anyone. My new phone was up and operating quickly and at a reasonable price.

I had the data from my Samsung A51 transfered to my new Samsung A54. Data transfer took about 30 minutes and the cost for this service was covered by my Best Buy Total Membership.

The data did not completely transfer from my old phone to the new phone and I am having to enter information manually when I find something that didn't transfer. I am not tech savvy enough to know what to do about it and I hesitate to return to the store for help because of the experience I had with help when I bought the phone. I would recommend the service even though it wasn't 100% for me.

Quick service. The customer service rep was very knowledgeable about the product and give me his undivided attention.

So the person that helped me was sort of nice. The process was way to long due to the bad internt connection in the store, i was there alomst 3 hours until I decide to leave the the tranfer was done in 15 min once i left the store. The girl that helped me was not very informative but one of the other selles rep was he was the reson I got the phone even though he didnt do all the process for me.

When I purchased my new iPhone Best buy made it easy since they transferred everything from my old phone to the new phone.

Very painless and enjoyable experience. Was assisting another customer while downloading and we were impressed by his patience with this other customer who was having problems.

The Best Buy associate who helped us with transfer was awesome. Saved us hours of stress. Walked out with a new phone with everything we had on the old one in tact.

When I bought the phone, I was told Geek squad would do the data transfer. When I showed up, they said they don't do this on phones. There was no-one at the phone area to do it. After a while Ryan did the work even though he was not familiar with the procedure. He did a good job and everything eventually worked. When you schedule work to be done at a certain day/time, someone should be there to do it that is familiar with what needs to be done.

Paid for the datq transfer from my old iPhone8 to new iPhone14. Surprised that everything, including pics, was transferred. Happy with the results but not happy I had to pay for it.

I love that Best buy employees always help you. Ren the Geek Squad employee was very knowledgeable and nice everytime i was at Best Buy.

It took 3 hrs before they transferred my data’s from old to new iPhone 14 promax.. I hope that Best Buy branch fix their internet and make it faster. Tnx,

Tech staff did a fantastic job of moving information from iPhone XR to iPhone 14 plus. Also they added the Apple Watch 8 to work with the new iPhone. Very pleased with their service!
