Employees were very friendly and transferred my data easily.

The lady who helped us and was quite helpful and took time with us with our questions. It did take some time to transfer our info from one phone to another.

great and smooth transiton for my mothers old boyfriend who doesnt know electronics to have his data seemlessly transfered over to his new phone, i would of ended up having to do it.

Phone purchase and phone data transfer was easy and well worth buying my 2 new phones at best buy. The verzion person there was kind and helpful, He was able to explain what was needed in order to install the phones and get them running. The only issue is the appointment system. It is not easy to make an appointment for this group on line. The guys at the Montgomery store help. They are seniors citizen freindly. Great job.

Very easy to do and didn’t require too much time. Took no more than 30 min and was an easy do it yourself task.

I rarely go to Best Buy and not sure why. I bought my last iPhone there and got great service and thought I would buy my new phone there as well. I was greeted upon entry by a nice guy who directed me where i needed to go. A gal helped me with my phone who was very knowledgeable and efficient. I then was walked over to the GEEKS and Betty did a great job transferring my data from one phone to my new one. I had a great experience AGAIN. I will need a washer and dryer soon and plan to get them there as well. Excellent five star service and I thank you! I will be back and will tell my friends!

I sear by Best Buy. When I damaged my Galaxy Flip phone and bought a new one, BestBuy was there for me for data transfer. It was not an easy task, since my damaged Flip phone would not open properly. Best Buy stuck with it until all my data and apps were transferred. They are truly lifesavers. Could not survive in our electronic world without them.

One of the few things associates at BestBuy do well. Despite their deceptive sales techniques and outright lies about some products, when it comes to actual product integrations and use Best Buy associates do a pretty good job. Both in explaining what they're doing and in performing the task through the best method available they don't waste much time and they will pursue alternate methods of completion if anything isn't working right all while explaining potential pitfalls and workarounds.

They moved evrything from one phone to the other phone and had know worries .

I gave Best Buy a 5 star rating for the phone transfer deal. All my contacts, apps, etc were transferred with no problem's except for my r/reddit account. My account disappeared along with my 12,678 karma points. Too this day, I try to let r/reddit help me to recover my original account name & karma points.- Nada. The way I found out about my original account was I had a new account name with 0 karma Installed. Well, I'm up to 143 karma now, lost my original karma of 12,678. It's not Best Buys fault, just my luck. So be careful on your reddit account, you may just luck out of like what happened to me. Oh, I'm going to get a new phone @ Best Buy with 2X more storage as I need it. Phone is good, got it in 2021, Motorola Edge 21 W/ 256 gb storage. How bout an iPhone 15?
