A large portion of my contact list was lost when Best Buy connected my new phone. I erased from old phone before I reconized this. The value of buying the phone outright was great. Unfortunately, Best Buy needs to improve the transfer.

Took double the time I was told it would take. Many sales people got involved. When I started using phone many of my apps did not transfer over and only half of my contacts.

Had to return for iPhone data transfer 2 times. First time I paid for, which consisted of opening flash drive box, plugging it into phone and telling me it should transfer fine and good to go home???? Did not transfer, had to drive back to cranberry 1 week later to ask what I paid for, and the they kept phone 1 week to transfer data,in which i paid to have them do the week prior. Employee was very apologetic.

This was our first cell phone purchase at Best Buy. We are very pleased with the whole process. The young lady did an excellent job with the data transfer, & showing us the phones she thought would be the best purchase. Absolutely nothing was lost. A few times at other places all my contacts were lost, but thank goodness I kept a record of them, but had to re-enter all of them back into the phone with all the extra details. Our next phone upgrade we will definitely go back to Best Buy. We were very pleased with the entire process. The little phone is really neat. We are learning something every day. .

Not very good experience, during transfer the guy from samsung keep rush me and telling me go home do my own for last parts for install sim card. If i know how why pay extra $40 hire you to do it, i am 70 years old guy after went home take me few days finally finished final transfer

I can't believe there is a data transger charge now... I understand it takes some time, but they already tack on many charges for other things.

Ok, the sales gal was great, but she put the SIM card in upside down...it looked like things were downloading, but they weren't. Good thing I tried to make a call from the parking lot. When I went back in and said it didn't work, and demonstrated to the receptionist that it didn't work, she turned the SIM card over and, yea, you guessed it, it worked... Still bettter than the last time I had to do it...they lost just about everything.

Should have done this the tranfer myself. Transfering was well done br best buy.

She told me everything was done and I was good to go. Get home and it wasnt complete. Went next day to Verizon store and they had to finish loading onto new phone. Also neglected in the sales pitch about the yearly fee when purchasing the membership. Very disappointed. Dont like being taken advantage of. Will have my guard up next time I shop in there for sure

The transfer was completed without problem, but I was forced to pay over $140 for an in-house warrantee replacement and transfer which I felt was excessive...
