The team at Best Buy really knows what customer service is all about. Purchased a new IPhone 13 pro and was giving my daughter my IPhone 12 mini. The team transfered all thé data from my old phone onto thé new phone and helped my daughter set up her phone.

they had my phone for almost 4 hours and said they could not complete the data transfer because they have poor wifi. If i was bestbuy i would fix that as soon as possible. I did it at home and it was so ease and only took 15 minutes

The Best Buy cellphone desk team did a great job making sure we didn't lose anything from our old phones! We have some precious photos and texts that we keep on hand (backed up to the cloud) so we're always anxious about moving to new devices!

This is my first phone purchase outside of Verizon. Never had a problem with data transfer there. I have been back to Best Buy five times for different issues with my phone and my voicemail still does not work and now I have a female voice answering my questions right out of the blue versus the the usual male voice. This means a sixth trip back to Best Buy. Also quite a few of my apps off my old phone did not get transferred.

As I mentioned in my review of the phone itself, the highlight of the whole experience was the excellent service (patience, reassurance and plain old niceness in addition to knowledge and competence) that I experienced with Matt M. at the Aurora, IL store!!!

This was better then the 2nd activation fee i had to pay, but my biggest reason for paying the fees so i would have my passwords wrong! They didn't transfer again feel like i was ripped off.

Disappointed in the transfer of the new Android 23. Lost all my screen shots and gallery photos. Closing time so only did some transfers. Wanted to get me out that Friday night so rushed through it.

Your people are always helpful. On complaint. Many unneeded apps were installed burning my gb usage and putting me over my plan limit. I was charged an extra fee by Verizon. Aside from that, your people are always helpful and patient with this old codger!

I bought a Google Pixel 6 Pro and I had Best Buy customer service rep transfer my information from my Google Pixel 4. All my information was transferred. Nothing was missing from my phone. Everything was transferred. It was GREAT!!

They use Samsung Switch. This clones a copy of the Apps present on the old tablet to the new tablet, and will copy photos or movies, but it will NOT transfer App data (like gaming data or progress in an installed game). This was not clearly communicated up front, and all game progress was lost. I spent a lot of time myself figuring out what went wrong, and when they allowed me to attempt to transfer game data myself, I found out that all game data files on the old tablets were actually deleted. Very frustrating.

This was the worst. Staff said they knew how to do the data transfer and 2 1/2 hrs. Later they still were baffled. Even geek squad was trying to utube how to do it. I paid 39.95 and was supposed to get a refund but it never happened. Ended up doing the transfer myself at home in 10 mins. I'll never buy anything from them again. To many bad encounters there.

Took an incredibly long time and I don't think everything was transferred. When I got the phone home I managed to get the rest transferred. In past purchases the transfers were usually completed in less than five minutes.

I paid for a phone transfer after an hour of transfer at your store the guy said you can leave it will finish at my house Before I went to bed it was still running Next morning still running I get an alert from Verizon that was WAY OVER ON MY PLAN My normal $40 bill for a month ended at $182 Not very HAPPY I'LL THINK TWICE BEFORE I PURCHASE ANYTHING AGAIN

I was so pleased with my geek tec. Mike. He took all the time I need in getting my data transfer to my new phone. I was a walk in and the squad at the counter were all busy and they called over to the cell phone dept. and Mike was able to help me!

Bought a new phone and I am not very geeky with this stuff. Geek Squad transferred everything on the spot and saved me a lot of headache trying to figure it out or reenter things. I am very happy with the service.

After a horrible experience at Stroudsburg, Ashley was a great help at Dickson City. DON'T go to Stroudsburg! They are horrible and rude to customers! I took a star because of Stroudsburg's incompetence, indifference, and rudeness.
