I had a really good experience buying a new phone and getting all my data transferred over from my old phone. Your employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. One of your employees really stood out though. Karyme. She was very patient and helpful. I was having trouble getting my old phone to turn on to do the transfer. Karyme tried over and over, until my phone finally turned on. then she patiently went through the process of waiting for everything to be transferred. I'm so glad she was there. She made the process less stressful. Thank You Karyme!

The Geek Squad went above and beyond to complete the data transfer. They had to make calls to our carrier because the SIM card wasn’t responding. Thanks for the excellent service!

The customer service rep at the mobile phone desk was top shelf. He had an in-depth understanding of what needed to be done in the process of transferring the data from my old phone to the new phone. He did an excellent job of explaining each step of what needed to be done. He had a difficult time initiating the transfer, but his background quickly allowed him to troubleshoot the process in getting the transfer completed.

Was very, easy to transfer from old to new phone. CODY, was very helpful. Some of my, apps, don't work on this new phone. Kinda, crazy! Will go back to store to find out why!!

It took all day for my pictures and videos to transfer due to the amount I had. Customer service is great.

The service provided by the Best Buy technician was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am not tech savvy and recently purchased an Android phone. I needed needed to transfer information from my iPhone. I hesitated to purchase the information transfer but was happy I did because it made it so easy to transfer all of the information from my IPhone to the Android. I would recommend this service if you are not tech savvy and need assistance setting up your new phone.

Chloe and Oscar are amazing! When you slam you 5 year old Samsung Galaxie in the truck tailgate and crack the screen ~1/3 of the way from bottom it's an problem. Trying migrate all the contact (~1,500) and 5 years of pictures and videos to a new iPhone 15 is nightmare. Not for Chloe and Oscar. Smart, creative, knowledgeable. They made the NightMare vanish. Awesome.

This was definitely worth the money. Allowed me to transfer all my old data and aps to my new phone effortlessly.

I got the data transferred with a little help from the tech. i mean a little as no one from the phone department came in to work that day and after waiting over an hour--to find out that no one from that department had come in...I waited longer for someone to help me. The gentleman was helpful up to a point. When he couldn' t assist further, I went home and worked it out from there.

They were friendly, efficient and helpful. My phone was dying and the staff helped me to change phones quickly and easily. They were very helpful and informative during a stressful time. I would recommend Best Buy for any tech problems. The geek staff is so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. Never underestimate a friendly person during a stressful time.

It was a challenge, but the associate was able to transfer all my data to my new phone. She even explained why it was difficult.

I'm quite competent with telephone and computer technology. With that understanding, I made the wise decision to still give the task of transferring the apps and data on my old phone to my new phone. And yes, there were some unexpected glitches that I would have had to cope with that the experienced staff at the Boca Raton location, notably Charlene "Chuck" Chuckaree, was able to easily resolve. Working with my Best Buy associate was the best experience. He had me up and running with my new iPhone 14 Max in great time! I had options at Best Buyto service plans, accessories, and the actual device itself - purple, love it! An Apple Store would have been a long drive and there is usually an extended wait time. A service provider store is double talk and I always feel like I’m buying something I don’t want or need. Thank you Best Buy!

I am a member of Total Tech at Best Buy and I highly recommend them since they took my old Samsung Smartphone and were able to quickly transfer everything from my old phone to my brand new Samsung 23 Ultra phone. I also asked them questions and they had all the answers which I appreciated.
