After purchasing a new phone at Best Buy, we needed the data transferred. Best Buy took care of us quickly. We really did rely on them to transfer the data to the new phone.

Candice is amazing, she helped make this process go so smoothly! She was so helpful and was so kind to spend the time to make sure the phone transition went smoothly! She is fabulous!

It's definitely better and worth the money to let them take care of this process. Of course, you'll have to change some settings and sign back into everything but it's simply easier.

Awesome customer service. Verizon would not help me transfer my data to the new phone I bought from them. I was willing to pay Best Buy to do the transfer, but was no charge since I was a Total Tech Member.

With most previous phone purchases the data transfer was included in the deal. Not this time however! Not only did I have to pay for the transfer but it took an incredible long time. The sales person suggested that it could be the result of the stores slow wifi. You'd think that a store selling high tech gadgets would have a decent wifi connection!. Very dissapointed!

Had to wait a good while. The data transfer took a long time, but there was a lot of data. After I got home, found many of the apps did not load and called Apple to help. Otherwise, it all got done.

Andy took great care of me, even though he informed me at the time of my appointment that they do not do data transfers on new phone purchases on the weekends, which I had not been informed of.

The manager who helped me was extremely patient and well versed on all the latest technology. I was very impressed with her overall knowledge, personality and cheerfulness

Walk in, purchase new phone, have apps and phone based pictures transferred and walk out. Not a techie so this service in invaluable to me. This is why I love Best Buy! Thank you.

This was totally awesome. Everything on my old phone which couldn't even be turned on by the Geek Squad team, was transferred in its entirity to my new phone. I didn't lose any information. Amazing!

Porducts have been good total tech needs some work some best buy locations not authorized for certain phones real headache to travel to one that is farther away
