aSSOCIATE, i THINK HIS NAME WAS lIAM, COULDN't have been more patient. Very knowledgable. He did what Geek Scad member I saw earlier said couldn"t be done.

The agent was very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was transferred exactly how we wanted it. Did not rush us. It is the best customer service

The transfer went perfectly! I always worry about doing a restore from my computer as we sometimes have difficulty with our Wi-Fi. The transfer st the store was seamless.

It’s always nice to have this option. No it may not be hard to do but having it done is a nice feature for those that do not want the burden of getting home and then having questions.

It is so nice to have a knowledgeable person do this for me, as I do not know the how to's on this new phone. He made it so easy, and helped us understand each step of the way.

Mostly great! I had to login to many accounts which was a bit of a pain but not a big deal. The biggest pain was losing all of my 2FA saved passcodes.

Associate did this right on the spot when I bought my phone so I didn't have to make an appointment with the Geek Squad. Don't trust myself to do it right!

Service was top notch. I was treated very cordially throughout the process. And I thought it went quickly considering the transfer of information from device to device.

I was transferring data from a 3G phone. It was not an easy process. the associate was patient. Tried a few different ways until we found one that worked.

Our tech did a wonderful job with the data transfer from my old phone to the new one. It took a long time because for some reason the cable they would usually use wasn't working.

Purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy A52 5G cell phones about several weeks ago. Construction appears to be sound and lasting. Functions are easy to find/use. Overall fine quality.

Data transfer was very easy. It was started at the store and was finished in about 15 minutes. I left the store while it was transferring without any glitches.

I was lied to by the sales staff saying that they could recover the data from my dead Samsung and get it onto my new iPhone. After following the instructions that they sent and showing up to my appointment, they said they couldn't do anything because I had already done initial setup on the iPhone (like they instructed). They refused to do anything to try to recover the data.

The price increase is ridiculous for the service. I only purchased it so I would get the data transfer to my new phone for free. That service used to be included in the cost of the phone. Purchasing the service was cheaper than paying for just the one data transfer

They did a great job transferring all our data to our new phones. They made sure we were happy and that everything was loaded back on to the new phone.

They transferred data on my phone. Not all the data got transferred. Lost some of my pictures and contacts

It took more time than I liked, but it was just a bit longer than I was told. As far as I can tell, everything came across. So it worked.
