Like a screen protector and case, for me, this has value due to my lack of tech skills and tendency to screw-up technical processes and things like this

You need to know people who have the knowledge to transfer your data. I probably could do it, but likely would make a mess out of it.

I'm not very tech saavy and brought my new cell phone for help in transfering my data to the new cell phone. Had to wait a little while but it was worth it!

Very easy to do yourself. It can take anywhere between 10 to 45 minutes for the transfer to be completed. It all depends on how much storage you have.

Poor service.$39.99 to transfer data yet my data wasn't completely transferred instead the kid annoyed to help me locked my device after of course he charged me for crappy half job transfer.

The value is simply not there. You can transfer your data for free using apps yourself. The only reason I had to buy this was because I had to turn in my old phone for a trade in. The employee tried to figure out the data transfer for about 45 minutes until he finally got it to go through. I could have done it in minutes myself.
