    the data transfer from my xs max to 13 pro max was easy and quick. took about 10 minutes and everything transferred flawlessly.

    transfered to new phone but then there was a problem with the phone. Replaced phone and transferred again with no problems

    I still don't know what I paid for. All they did was switch the SIM card. I basically did the rest myself. If you still have your old phone, save your money and do it yourself
