Being a technophobe and a bit of a tech moron, having the Best Buy crew facilitate the data transfer on my son's new phone would have been worth nearly any price. Took longer than expected, but still worth it.

Not all of my mobile phone data was transferred correctly. I had to go back to the store to see what happened and was directed to another site to get what I needed. The more I went about my normal usage, I learned that I still needed a lot of my stuff re-downloaded. This was a hassle and was time consuming. I wasn't happy and got frustrated. Was still easier than doing it all manually.

Best buy representative helped me transfer my data, which is good, because it is not easy to do. We had to try twice so that the text messages all transferred. I have had this problem with past phones, when photos have not transferred, but this time the photos did transfer easily. I am glad that this was available.

I specifically purchased my new phone at Best Buy so that I could have the tech support to transfer to my new phone. The manager and ALL the sales folks were very helpful in spite of the fact that TracFone was supposed to support the new Samsung Galaxy 14 but did not. I ended up ordering the Galaxy 13 and JT set it up for me once it arrived without a hitch. Thanks to all the folks at the Wilkes Barre Best Buy!

The service was fine even though the lady had to keep asking another salesperson for help. I paid $40 for the service as I wanted to make sure everything was in order as I was shifting (unfortunately) from a Samsung to a Google 6A. I thought BB could have included the service, it literally took 20 minutes. I do know Apple Stores offers this service for free.

Data transfer went smoothly, downloaded 10,000 photos twice though. I was able to take care of it pretty easily.

The gentleman who helped me was very kind. He transferred all my data and reset my phone so I could trade it in. Yes, I could probably have done it myself but it would have taken 10 times longer and at my age, I try to avoid tasks that stress or frustrate me overwhelmingly. It was worth the fee.

I could have done it myself, but it would have taken a lot longer to figure things out. The tech knew exactly what she was doing and after a few questions about my preferences started the data transfer. Once done she waited patiently for me to verify that it was done to my satisfaction.

It is a joy to buy a phone and have it work exactly as it should when you walt out the store. The process took about 10 minutes, the representative tested everything before we left and now two weeks later all is fine, no glitches whatsoever! Thank you.

Well, not all your data get's transferred but it's better than nothing. The important data is "phone", & most used apps. But make sure you backup your data, especially your documents, photo's & appointments before you trade in your phone.

We are never going back to Verizon! My husband who is not the most tech savvy was able to be fully set up on his new phone. We got it all for free with the our Best Buy membership. Best customer service.

I did not realize it would take an hour or an hour and a half to transfer data. The person suggested I go get something to eat and she would put my phone in a safe spot. Didn't realize that it also did not have a Wi-Fi signal so when I got back it was still at the same amount of time as when I went for a bite to eat. Very nice folks
