Michael, my salesman, was absolutely great. Very friendly, patient, exceptionally knowledgeable. One other very important thing for me was ge didnt try to push a bunch if products on me that I didnt need. That means a great deal to me. Oh yeah. BTW. I love my new phone.

When I went to the sore to get the download, the computer there was not responding to downloading the information. Olga, who helped me was having a heck of a time. She was very nice and I do understand "glitches". Ut took a good 5 hours for it to download my info. I was not the only one they could not get downloads

great service to have. this service used to be free. felt it was a bit pricey, but it is a must have. a little confusing as the staff had me monitor my phone while they did other jobs with other customers and only punched in a number when i let them know part of the process is completed. at the cost they should have handled the process themselves.

It works perfectly fine and my daughter loved the way the transfer was done. Very nice and clean.

I was worried about transferring the pictures of my late husband to my new phone. A young man, Grey, at the Oxford, AL Best Buy was very kind and helpful to me. I appreciated the fact that he did not make me feel the technical challenged old lady that I am. I have been recommending Best Buy, and Grey.

I got my wife a tracphone and she was actually on technical with them idiots for 7 hrs trying to transfer everything over, and its their phones if you can believe it. We brought it into Best Buy and the guy there, had everything transferred over inside of 30 mins, we both were impressed to no end...should of just come up there and bought the phone to begin with.....great job guys!

I bought a new Samsung Cell phone at Best Buy Danvers, MA. The sales person, Angel was absolutely the best. He took care of everything with a smile on his face and a great personality! He is truly an asset to Best Buy. Because of him, I will return to make other purchases.

Walked in and found a great offer to turn in my iPhone 8 and upgrade. to a 13. The sales/tech said he would transfer all my data to the new phone and be up and running in no time. It took about 20 minutes and I walked out sending and receiving messages and did not skip a beat.

The technician was polite but I think he purposely took his time and charged us more than he said he would.

It is a very good product,easy to use and you'll be satisfied with the prices and the plans that is within your budget.

Jordan was such a help getting my new phone in Lansing. Verizon was having troubles and I had to come back a second day. Jordan told me what time to come back and he would take care of the rest. He did just what he said. Best Buy you have an Amazing employee. You better hang on to this guy!!!!

I had data transferred from a Pixel 7 Pro to a Pixel 8 Pro. Everything was transferred successfully to my surprise without cables. I could not find anything that was missed. I was very pleased with the process. In the past, data transfer attempts always came up short. Not this time.
