They always did this for me at no cost, and I watched him do it, it was a few clicks. My phone upgrade at Best Buy was a bad experience and in the future I will go to AT&T directly

Not worth the price

Waste of time

Terrible Transfer

I'm still trying to find phone numbers. It took 3 1/2 hrs for my husband's phone to transfer...we were there for over 6 hours!

Data transfer failed

Left store while transferring still in process. Phone locked up, needed to redo transfer. In other words, we did our own transfer. Store couldn’t do it.
