Will never buy from Best buy again To charge customer s to upload on new product purchased from you is horrendous.

Terrible waited over 3 hours and had to go home and come back the next day, i didnt even bother. Verizon would have done this for free

The young man was unable to transfer my data but still charged me. We walked around store for 2 hours.

Didn't think I need to check. NONE of my photos were transferred. NONE of my texts were transferred. Gotta make another trip. Remember to check before you leave.

Took way to long, relying on Bestbuy wifi instead of direct connection

the rep tried to helpful but broke the sim that went with the phone. The manage was helpful but the mistake caused me hours of aggravation with the service provider.

Helpful, if you do not have a backup at home or in the cloud or if you do not know what you are doing with a phone. I mean, like COMPLETELY do not know. Otherwise, waaaaaay overpriced. I had to do it, because I purchased the phone at the store and they would not do a trade-in otherwise. Which is sill too. Carriers send you a replacement phone and credit your purchase when you send in your trade in - why can't it be done the same way?

Not so great. Things are doubled and didn’t go over great. Not sure if it happened because it started at the store and finished at home. Just not the best

Every thing was not transferred as I wished it had been. Lots of things I don't know how to do on the new phone. Everyone was really nice.

They don't tell that they charge you for it now n they don't transfers at apps

They never I once asked what was most important to transfer. No apps were transferred.

First thing I didn't like was that they charge you now to do a procedure that used to be free! Second thing is that it took 5 employees coming and going, to do it...none of them seemed to know what they were doing, until Anthony came by and saw that it was taking too long, and decided to use his expertise and help get the transfer done. I really appreciated his help and professionalism.

Not quite sure what we purchased or what it provided! BUMMER!

The data transfer was not phone to phone but iPad to phone which is not what we wanted. Will be going back to correct it.

Not much transferred to my new phone. Had to manually input them.

Phone insurance is almost worthless. Have to pay additional costs . and with out a phone for five days , while sent in to somewhere. then have to pay extra to have information to transfer to new phone. Got to jump through too many hoops to use insurance on a product that has too many design problems. I have gone through this with this same problem, and each time it is completely different procegure and

Most of the time all of your data is not able to be transferred. That's not very helpful to someone that's not that tech savy.

Data transfer from old phone to new. They kinda got ya unless you don’t want to trade in your old phone.
