I was on the phone for 1 1/2 hours today trying to fix a mistake one of your employees made by not transferring my number correctly on 4/3. The number finally got transferred on 5/6 verizon to at&t!!! So upsetting that my phone did not get all the features i was entitled to for the month!! Will not be shopping at Best Buy for anything!!

The data transfer wasn't completed at store. Not helpful.

Did not move all photos over. worked on my wives' phone but not mine. not sure why.

The tech told me it was only 30 minutes, It took much longer, I even went to the supermarket and came back. It was not done. They told me to take it home and finish data transfer at home. The would not refund the $40 fees.

Waited a long time for the person to download my contacts and pictures. I didn’t check my phone until I got home and noticed that I had a few contacts and pictures, along with a lot of duplicates.

The phone is very nice! Absolutely horrible customer service. Hidden prices to activate one phone and transfer data on 3 phones when I brought in the 4 phones I bought here forced me to purchase the $200 totaltech membership , then they couldn't even figure out how to transfer ANY data from the old phones to the new ones. I had to google how to do it , and was successful once I got back home. Very unsatisfied and will only buy from you when I have no choice. Team member Grace had a bad attitude from the beginning , and the manager was rude and very short with me.

It did not transfer my data to my new phone promptly. I had to come back the next day to ask for another help , just to be able to do it again...and again.

Transfering the data took way to long. " NONE OF MY PASSWORDS OR ID DID NOT TRANSFERRED " I'm still getting them straightened them. What a a problem, the problem is you can't go back.

I will never have my install done by BB again. I bought 2 identical phones with 2 SIM cards. The rep could not remember which phone belonged to me or my daughter as he switched phones. We were in the store on her birthday for hours trying to figure it out. He left and someone else had to come over. My daughter's phone died in the middle of the transfer so she has lost all of her pics and music. It was a mess. Will go to Verizon for new phone and transfer. Stick with the TVs BB.

I wanted to use the data transfer service because I was nervous about doing it myself. While I was waiting in line because there wasn't enough staff, I heard a couple of horror stories about how long the transfer itself takes. Glad I did, because I would've been a wreck if I'd experienced either of those things (not my stories so I won't give details). Did my own transfer and it did take a couple of hours, but was pretty easy.

Worst thing I ever did was let them touch my computer. Went in to have a new hard drive installed and cloned from the old one. When I went to pick it up they said my old drive was unreadable and they couldn't do anything (it worked when I took it in) I bought card reader and was able to see all my old files myself. It was a wasted 4 days, I will never have them do my work again.
