Took too long and had to reset the apps i used daily. First time i have hed to reset my apps when buying a new phone

Phone running out or space. Was suppose to move pics on phone to the sd card by connecting to a computer but no one seemed to know anything about that. They took my phone in the back and finally said an Android person had it set to move them, it would take a while and I could leave.My pics did not move. Bought the card from phone dept and it was suppose to be done then so not happy with them either.

It took close to 7 hours to transfer the data on my wife's phone, via wifi. The employees were nice, even offered me some pizza. Had to come back the next day. When I did the same transfer with my phone, using the usb c cable, it took 2 hours with double the items transfered. Might have been good for them to use the included cable on my wife's phone.

Horrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone. The transfer wasnt even complete and the associate helping me interjected himself into someone else's business and then disappeared while "helping me." I was left standing at the help desk with multiple questions and let myself out.

While i was very happy with the technician, they didn't move over all my data and i lost some critical information such as my password keeper and some videos/photos. I should have backed up my data close to the date i bought the new phone. I had a backup 30 days prior so most was recovered

Not sure what this is but I suppose it’s a transfer service.

I paid for this service and there is way to many things that I still had to and still have to do, like anything associated with FB and some other apps. Things DID NOT transfer. Unless your just not at all tech savvy, I don't recommend that you pay for this service.

I have always transferred my own data. This time I paid the $40 and it took her a long time. Later I found the transfer app is already on my phone. I've used it 2 times and it's simple. I feel like I was ripped off for the sale.

I don't know when they changed the free service and was shocked when asked to pay almost $40 to set up and transfer to my new phone. I was in the store for almost 4 hours before she figured out what she did wrong with the set up

worst expierence ever. For something that should have been effortless. Waste more then 2hrs of my time & the store mgr Never even came over to see what the problem was. stayed more then 45 min after store closing.

I don't know what they transferred from my old phone to my new phone, because I lost my photos, texts, and the majority of my contacts, And the transfer took a very long time. I'm asking for a refund.

After 2.5 hours, i paid for my pics and contacts to be transferred to new phone. Upon inspection, contacts were transferred, but they were not mine. Requested a manager call, to no avail. Some service!!!

Completely botched! Had to contact Lively to get it done, was advised to call them first next time, not to let anyone else try to transfer data. A complete waste of $40!

I would like to know what I am reviewing. It says mobile phone data transfer but then picture on screen looks like a wrench and a spatula. So what actually is the picture representing?

It was horrible. I had to leave during the transfer and my stuff didn’t transfer and had to start it again 3 different times.. then everything transferred 6 times.. such a hassle

The transfer only transfered contacts and had the phone for over 2 and half hours and no other data was transfered and i was charged 39.99 which was ridiculous very unsatisfied

I am highly disappointed in Best buy charging to transfer data when you spend $900 on a phone it should be included next time I guess I'm buying directly from the manufacturer

I purchased and returned it. Could not even get a phone call answered. Attempted five days in a row. Still no phone activated and/or data transfer.

Not the best experience because they messed up the signing up portion so I had a hard time going back to a version store to get it fixed

I had to pay $39.95 to have the data transferred from my phone to the new S22 ultra. Then they screwed up my rebate. Not the best experience.
