Smooth transfer. Very efficient with first time transfer

easy process lots of help. not that big of a hazel.

Unfortunately all my information from my former phone did not transfer on to my new phone. I lost my facebook account with all my contacts/friends. I returned to the store and the tech that sold me the phone was not working that day. Another tech was assigned to me but said he wasn't able to help me and I was very displeased.

I struggled with moving my data for hours. Nothing is as the instructions say. I went to Best Buy to see if I could buy a cable to connect to both phones, no such thing. I was met with Clayton and explained my problem. He moved all my data with such ease. I was so impressed and more than that, thankful.

Staff did a great job trying to transfer, but couldn't finish the job. I spent over six hours with Samsing the next day trying to finish things. Turns out the Samsung folks didn't know much about their product so I certainly can't fault BB techs. Funny how Samsung knows so little about their own product. Whatever...

This is an outstanding phone. It has great battery life, and the cameras are awesome. It does come with a SD card slot (probably one of the last upper tier phones to offer one) It was just updated to Android 12 making it even better. The processor makes this a very fast stable phone.

Everything transferred, except the Contacts list. I did not notice it until I got home. I did not go back because there were names I no longer wanted. I am building a new list.

Pixel is just not for me, more difficult than Samsung that I am used to will charge asap

I believe the sales associate was named Diana, she was well informed and very customer friendly. She answered all my questions and I am a grouchy old man at times LOL

It was simple for the tech to do. But I was taken back when they charged $40.00 to do the transfer. Just one more way for them to make money.

The Agent did a great Job of making sure all my Data was transferred and was very efficient and his name was Michael in San Marcos, Texas.

Victoria was an excellent customer service agent. She was personable, knowledgeable, and patient... (we did NOT do this on our own!!)

After almost 2-hours in-store awaiting the transfer to be effected, I was sent home to finish it off myself. I'm a 75-year-old senior and easily stymied by today's technology, and am still having issues with apps that no longer work like they used to. I was hoping that by paying for the service, I could have a seamless transition to using my new iPhone SE. I don't feel like I got that.

I like the service but for the money we pay for these high gamma phones the service should be free

Manuel worked hard and transferred everything except game results and standings.

I bought a Samsung galaxy s22 256 GB in pink gold. It gave nothing but trouble so I returned and replaced with a Samsung galaxy s22 128 go. So far no troubles. The only issue is the voice text gives an error message whenever it wants too. Be caitious about the quaulity of these new phones. My s8 was a fine phone. Quality control is definitely lacking in these new devices.
