I had data transferred from a Pixel 7 Pro to a Pixel 8 Pro. Everything was transferred successfully to my surprise without cables. I could not find anything that was missed. I was very pleased with the process. In the past, data transfer attempts always came up short. Not this time.

The Best Buy mobile sales technician handled a cell phone data transfer for me because Geek Squad was too busy to handle it. I was in panic because I thought my text messages could not be transferred between phones. But the BB tech handled it and showed me that no SMS data was lost.

It was nice not having to transfer each different item from my htc phone to my apple iphone. Definitely worth the money to have this completed before I left the store:)

I bought a new S23FE cell phone from Best Buy during Black Friday Sale. Had to have all my old information and photos switched over to it. They did it for me right away at the sales counter and the they were very helpful answering questions about my new phone.

The Best Buy rep did a great job of transferring my data from my former to my new cell phone! The process was flawless -- everything moved, including my settings -- and took only about 15 minutes. Thanks, Best Buy!

Great, efficient service. The only thing I have a problem with is that my old Samsung S7 cell phone is still showing up on my Verizon account instead of the new product I am currently using and no one seems to know how to correct it.

I bought a new iPhone, and had to have all my pictures of my daughter from when the time she was born (during Covid to now. I didn’t want to lose those special moments and the mobile tech was able to transfer all those photos for me and my contacts. I won’t go anywhere else not even tk verizon.

The Geek squad did an excellent & quick job when they replaced my phone. Transferred, a cheaper same phone, in about 20 minutes. He was taking care of a couple other people while waiting phone to up load.

If I want anything that Best Buy offers, I always buy from them. I have a house full of wonderful products purchased there over many years, from washer/dryer to electronics, to televisions. I particularly love the Geek Squad. They are awesome, whether you get help at the store or they come to your house.

The "Mobile Phone Data Transfer" was absolutely worth the price. My wife's new phone was not only initialized with all her photos, but also apps, configuration files, and whatever else it took to make the new phone behave like the old phone. Made the transition rather painless.

All previous data was ttansnsfered. But many contacts did not and had to be manually entered

Alley data from my broken phone was quickly and efficiently transfered to a new phone. Even my screen style and the icon app order was kept in place! This was way easier with no long lines & untrained staff I encountered at Verizon. I will always be coming back to Best Buy for all my needs!

The associate who helped me with transferring my data when I purchased a new iPad was great. He explained everything that he was doing and was very patient. I really appreciate his help. It cost $40.00 for the service, and I was able to pay for it using the money I got for trading in my old iPad.

Best Buy transfer data is good if you don’t know how to do it yourself. If you know how to transfer via iCloud do it yourself. I’d suggest a lower price as anyone can do it once they learn how to do it, and it takes 10-15 minutes if you have a good connection.

I recently purchased a new iPhone. Representative was really helpful. I asked him to transfer old stuff to new phone and he was able to get everything transferred exactly as I had it on my old phone. Really happy with the outcome!
