    Tim did a great job teansfering my data. Tim is a great asset. The Pensacola store does a great job. I am a total tech member and they always take care of me. Daz the manager also helps me when I crack my phone.

    Tech had a problem activating new phone both Samsungs. I took it to my it neighbor and he said the Tech forgot to uninstall the old chip from the older phone & install into new phone.

    The data transfer was the best money spent. Easy to use and the sales reps were fantastic and my new phone had everything the old one had within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

    The staff was very helpful and patient. They were able to get everything transferred from my broken phone to my new phone . It was simple easy and quick.

    Smooth transfer from my old phone done in store after purchase. All covered under the amazing Geek Squad Protection Plan! I could never have done this myself and it was a big roadblock that kept me from buying a new phone but it was painless with Rocki's expertise!

    I upgraded my phone, through Verizon, and couldn't get my photos to load. I went to Best Buy for help. Not only did I get the photos transferred, but I was setup to for them to be stored into Google photos.

    Have the total tech until the end of the year. It was installed that was free under TT. I was very happy with the installer. I am sad to see so many of the total tech go away. Will have to think hard about renewal of TT.

    The sales rep who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got me a replacement phone and helped me set it up. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from him. This much more inexpensive than going to Apply
