A great service that can get complicated. My screen on other phone was damaged so to get into it to transfer was quite the task. The store rep was very patient in the task and mission accomplished. Welldone.

Best Buy performed this task. They charge $40 for this service. I don't remember a charge from my previous phone purchase. We are staying in a rural location without Wifi so I had them do it. Employee was pleasant so it made the wait bearable.

When I lost my phone when traveling it was simple for the Geek Squad to download everything from the Cloud. I highly recommend have the Cloud because it would be impossible to retrieve all one’s contacts, emails, and photos without it.
