Horrible Stiff Charger

Firstly it is super STIFF and it never softens so you spend a majority of your time trying to untangle it or unbend it. Secondly, it started glitching after 3 months! It hasn't stopped working completely yet but I have to play with it or hold a certain way to charge my phone. I would not repurchase and honestly I wish I could just get my money back!

I have gone through a total of 4 of the 4 foot ones and one of the 10 foot ones since the redesign. All of them had broke right where the lightening connector is and it’s fallen right out. I’m not hard on my cords at all but these have loosened up over time. I love this company and their quality in the past and I’m trying to hold on for better luck from them if not I’ll have to find a new cord manufacturer for my devices.
