i really like this cable for my phone however the down side is this isnt the type of cable that you wanna let get beat up. i was using this for my phone to charge via portable battery while i was playing pokemon go, during one of those days i was rushing around and something must have happened to the wire while it was in my pocket because half of the LEDs stopped working while the other half still worked, the wire itself still charged the phone. aside from that, just like the ipod equivelent the wire is sorta short it works for most needs though but still and overall great wire.

Didn't work for very long. Would not charge phone. Product stopped lighting up.

Bought this on a whim because it looked fun. I would buy it again.

As nerdy as I sound, I was a little impressed to not only have a typical charger but one that lights up, indicating the levels of charging based on the speed of the flashing lights. The light only worked the first time I plugged in and and only shows any resemblance of being such a feature when I unplug both ends and replug, to simply turn off again. Boooo! The charger itself works, but I could have paid less if it was going to function just as any other sync/charger.

LED lights make this cable's operation very visible. Fun to use ! Great gift !
