I thought it was gimmicky and a few dollars more than I wanted to spend on a charge cable, but got it anyway. Turns out it's really nice to be able to glance across the room and see when your phone is charged. The chasing lights slow down when charging is near completion and stop when the phone is completely charged. Other than that, it is just a charging cable and does that job just fine.

It looks cool

I use my phone quite a bit and this just isn't good for a lot of charging. The lights start to glitch out and keeps coming loose from the phone. Needs more work.

Also the casing around the end where metal part is to connect to phone is weak. Broke off easily!!! Lights are really cool but quality needs improved
