They last an average of 1 month. The wires break internally at the base where it plugs into the phone. I am very careful to pull the plug out at the base, not by the wires.

The charging and syncing are ok. I was hoping the coil will hold its shape better. Once I wrap the cable, the whole thing still look like a mess.

I got this item open-box "excellent" condition. By all appearances, it's fine, but half of the time it will not charge my phone. I think that part of this may be my overestimation of the quality of an open-box item, but I do expect that an item labeled as "excellent" condition will at the very least be functional. I don't know my problem is one that occurs often with these cables, but I think my disappointing experience might be more of an outlier.

Purchased this product because it was on sale and seemed like a good deal, it broke with in a week, not so great , dont buy, bestbuys modal brand is junk

It is not charging my phone anymore. I need to find my receipt and see if I can return it, if not exchange it!

This charger broke within a couple of weeks of having it. Absolutely shows no sign of damage. Poor product.

Not much staying power. Had to replace after a few month but it does have a year warranty so you can replace easily at Best Buy no hassles

Unfortunately did not work for my iPhone 5. Received a message that accessory was not compatible.

Loved the color but broke easily. I basically paid for the awesome color the quality lacked.

My wife bought this cable and upon getting it home and plugging it in the wall it did not charge.

I purchased for my daughter. It only lasted for 2 weeks. I don't understand why it is so hard to get a good cable for a iPhone.

Re turned 1st one as it only worked twice - this one stopped working after I used it once. Would not recommend this product.

Did not work at all for my daughters iphone5. We didn't make it far from the store. Exchanged it for an apple lighting cable.

This charger didn't last long. Being twisted..shortage occurred fast. Had to take back to the store and exchange.

After about a month of working great, my iPhone 5 told me it no longer recognized this cable and would not charge.

I've only had it for one month and it doesn't work!

Don't waste your time with this product. It worked for 2 weeks and then died

Needed this to connect my Lifeproof charging case for my iPhone. Worked well for me. Definitely recommend.
