got this mid-road trip since my cable bit the dust. It's a cable. Not much to say. It works. Overpriced as usual for retail cables. There's nothing so fancy about the materials to warrant a price tag of nearly $20 for only 4 feet of cable.

it's a little bit pricey for me but it was worth it .

the cable is fantastic, made of quality material but does not really allow a good charge on the Samsung Galaxy S9--you get a faster, more reliable charge with the cable that came from your box. Overall I would still purchase this product

This is the second one I bought due to the fact that Best Buy had no more options. For some reason these chargers always fall apart at one end. Every now and then my phone startes that it is connected with slow charging.

I needed a simple usb-usb/c cable in a pinch, this was the cheapest one they had at $20 which is more than I wanted to pay. Had one at work, but I'm locked out of our building due to the virus.

Decent charging cable that for me was unable to be used for data transfer and didn't last long before falling apart. Great if you're traveling an be need something more substantial than the basic silicone cords.

This product didn’t work to long , purchased it for my son and he stated it had a shortage in it but he couldn’t find the recipient so no go fo this one .

Purchased this cable for a Samsung phone and after a few weeks it stopped charging. Took it back and Best Buy replaced it with no issues and the new one has been working ever since. Maybe the first was a dud.

Everything but the plug to the phone is strong the plug to the phone is very weak comes out of the phone with the slightest bump or move from the original position the phone was placed in.

I unfortunately had mine fail after about 4 months of ownership. I had been using this wonderful cable to charge my smartphone and also plug in my Xbox One Elite Controller into my Xbox to play & charge and also plug it into my computer in order to play PC games like Fall Guys and Halo. After about four months of use, I began noticing an issue where depending on the way the cable was positioned, it could disconnect and the Xbox or PC would stop accepting input. This has lost me more than a few lives in Halo and some rounds in Fall Guys. I verified this behavior on my phone as well, where depending on how the cable was positioned it would stop charging. I contacted Modal Support (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/misc/modal-support-page/pcmcat347600050000.c?id=pcmcat347600050000) over the phone and they said that I have to go into the Geek Squad in my local Best Buy to get it replaced, as it has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. The support rep was very friendly over the phone and explained what I need to do. I am about to go in to replace the cable, and it looks like this Modal version is no longer available for purchase/is sold out. I am thinking about replacing it with the Insignia version (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-10-usb-c-to-usb-a-charge-and-sync-cable-charcoal/6410842.p?skuId=6410842) as a result. I really loved the apparent quality and flexibility of this cable, but apparently I got a bad one.

it works, it enables quick charge but its expensive for what you get. you can order somewhere else or see if they can price match in store

The sales clerk accidentally sold us this cord thinking we had newer devices. We actually needed a micro not a C connection. The cord was probably fine.

The USB C end does not securely plug into my phone. It drops out immediately. The package is designed in such a way that you can slide it open while in the store to look at it. My wife bought it for me and I kinda suspected it may have been used because of the way the cord was woundup. I suggest that you try plugging in your phone before buying. Note: my wife bought it at Best Buys out of town and it's a pain for me to get there and return it!
