Use to have a lifetime warranty, now only a year, because it breaks like all the rest. Best buy did not have a good stock to buy from. I would recommend to friend, but still wont last you a year.

The cord is great, the type a plug is great, but the C connector has already worn out... Not recommended as it doesn't have a better warranty.

I have several iPhone charging cords that are this Modal brand with no issues. I tried using this cord two days after I purchased it and it would not charge my MacBook Pro, however it kept pulling battery from it every time I tried to charge it. I plan on exchanging this cord in hopes that it is maybe just a bad cord. Hopefully if the new cord I get works I will update my review of it.

It charged the ipad to 100% then quit? Hate to give it a bad review in case it was not the right cable. The cable that came with the ipad had type c connectors on both ends and a charging block. That does not really work well for me as my outlet is about two feet further away than the length of the cable.

Immediately upon insertion, the engine in the car reduced rpm, the radio volume dropped, and my phone indicated to get a compatible charging device. The device worked fine with the cord supplied by Samsung. Ergo, it had to be the new cord. Perhaps I received a defective cord; no matter, I returned it for a refund!

However it didn’t charge when connected; & I checked those ports against charging my new iPhone XR with my existing USB to Lightening cables that worked.
