I bought this cord because the one that came with my phone had came apart (this never happens to me because I very meticulous) so I needed a replacement. The material of the cord makes it's more sturdy & durable (alleviating shortages) & the length is a plus. It's charging my phone quickly, this was a good purchase, especially since it was on sale.

I got this in a pinch. Samsung rep said this was a great charger. If I had to do it again, I might have spent a little more time looking.

It is nothing to really praise but it does what it is supposed to. Just a month after having it the charging was not doing so good!

Normal cords can sometimes break from one time getting caught in something. This one doesn't. I bought it for my car charger which is inside a compartment so it will get squeezed a lot. Hubby got one for his truck as well and they both have lasted just fine so far despite obvious abuse from his side (you need really sturdy stuff in a truck).

This cord is a great length but the quality is questionable. We had to returned because it did not reliably charge the phone.

Last cable I used similar to this one was the Platinum brand braided cable. Unfortunately I went through 2 of the Platinum cables, but they were out of stock, so I switched to the Modal brand. The Modal cable is a foot shorter than the Platinum, so that works better in a car. This one seems to be better quality, we shall see.

Works as well as you need for an extra iPhone cable. Haven't had problems of not charging yet like with other non Apple cables

I picked up this charging cord for my wife's Samsung cell phone and she loves it. It's braided and has a LED light at the end of it to easily find in low light and dark situations (translation: at night with the lights out). The only negative comment she had was that the lighted end tends to overheat during extended use. She ended up switching to a different wall charging adapter and that seemed to resolve the issue.

A plastic piece on the end of the cord already came off... still works and charges just fine. Just not the best quality.

We needed to upgrade and replace the charging cords & plugs for all of the phones and tablets in the house. We had too many lost and dollar store cords & plugs...this one did cost more but it is actually much better. It's a good length for charging in the car or working on a phone/tablet when it's plugged in.

Purchased one for me and one for my husband and they both stopped working within 6 months.

This is my second purchase of a cable from this manufacturer, I also have the braided cable. They both work beautifully with any USB adapter. I like this one because of the light-up feature. I can tell at a glance whether my phone is charged or close to a full charge by the light pattern in the cord.

Normal charging cord. Not a fast charger. Was out of town & needed the basics, it fulfilled its purpose.

Works as it should as long as you dont need it to be longer than 4 feet long this is the cable for you

Had the charger for a few weeks before it just gave out and started breaking down and not charging.

The end of the cord closet to the plug started fraying after about 2 months and won't charge my phone

What's to say. It works until it doesn't. Having said that it is built well, but only time will tell...

This item is a must have. The official Apple branded charging cords have a tendency to break at the base, even with gentle handling. I even had one start to smoke while charging which was very scary. This item solves the problem and works very well because of the sturdy braiding.

I was able to use it to transfer pictures from my cell phone to my computer but unable to transfer videos.
