However, this cable is loose on the Lightning end. The cable has to be held with the phone so the charging and syncing work. I bought this item, not in brand new condition. It was in Excellent condition. I am not sure the problem was due to the fact that it was not brand new. But it would mean that the item doesn't have good quality.

I love the cable since it’s very durable but I use it for my bed side so there is no damage to the end that connects into the phone. Unfortunately money wasted.

If the store does not answer our phone calls they must not value us as customers. I will no longer be doing business with this company.
