    It has the "cool" factor due to it lighting as its charging. BUT, the lights did go out halfway up the chord maybe a month after owning it. It's hit or miss lately with whether it gets a good connection to charge or not. When it's hit, it's great, when it's miss, well it sucks. I didn't expect it to have issues as fast as it did.

    I use it for my iPhone on the bed side stand. I like watching the lights travel along the cord as I go to sleep. Very good quality lightning connector. My iPhone socket is a little loose and I've notice this fits better that the Apple original.
