The flashing lights let me know when my item is being charged and the flashing lights are very unique my grandbaby just gets memorized with the lights. Great product that I know works, great gift for a teenager.

This cable is very cool looking when it's in charge mode. Works just as well as a normal cable and it does have some power loss due to the light effect but still a very good charging cable. The plastic on the USB port that plugs in to the wall gets pretty hot if your port is able to provide 2amps. With 2amp input you can get about 1.5amps output out of the cable.

I have several of these charging cords. Lots of fun in the dark, you see the lights "dancing" as it charges. The lights stop when your item is fully charged.

I really like this cable. It's great to look at it charging my phone and when it stops I know my phone is charged. I just wish the color on the cable was the same color as the inside running light.

I like the fact I know when it's charging. Don't you hate when you plug in your charger overnight and come back and your phone is dead. I know this will never happen. Plus a 1 year warranty. What's not to love.

This charger is great it has a blue light that runs through the cable to indicate it is charging. It starts slow and when it gets close to finishing the light slows and then turns off on completion.

A had to have item after seeing one in operation. Guess it my techie side but find it interesting that the lights in the cord respond/change their motion in relationship to the rate of current flow.

I had to replace my iPhone 5 charger in December but didn't feel like paying $25 - $35 for a replacement since I was getting an iPhone 7 for Christmas. I ran across the Modal lighted lightning cable at my Best Buy store while Christmas shopping and felt the price was reasonable. When I got home & plugged it in, I was so surprised & excited! The blue moving lighted current was so cool!! It was my "Christmas" lighting!! It charges quickly & it lets me know when the phone is fully charged when the current stops moving. I use the same cable to charge my new IPhone 7 and have the same great results. My family & friends are so impressed by it too. Several have gone to buy their own. Great product!!!
