I had to replace my iPhone 5 charger in December but didn't feel like paying $25 - $35 for a replacement since I was getting an iPhone 7 for Christmas. I ran across the Modal lighted lightning cable at my Best Buy store while Christmas shopping and felt the price was reasonable. When I got home & plugged it in, I was so surprised & excited! The blue moving lighted current was so cool!! It was my "Christmas" lighting!! It charges quickly & it lets me know when the phone is fully charged when the current stops moving. I use the same cable to charge my new IPhone 7 and have the same great results. My family & friends are so impressed by it too. Several have gone to buy their own. Great product!!!

this charger is portable and affordable. I appreciate the slim design. The light up feature is a welcomed perk. I like the fact that when my phone is completely charged the lights quit racing from end to end.

This is the best charger out there. I use it in my car and since it lights up I don't have to turn on my light to try and find my cable. Long enough to where people in the back can use it as well

This chord is well made and has extra solid supporting plastic where the chord meets with the USB connector. On the phone side it has a super strong tiered plastic piece that protects the iPhone connector and provides a very good grip-able surface - so no fumbling around with it or trying to be careful all the time not to damage or bend the cable when inserting it into the phone. The streaming lights are an added plus! The only thing I'd change would be to have a longer lighted cable available - not sure they make one, but BB did not carry one. A lighted four or five foot cable would be great - example: back seat riders using a charging port from the middle or front of a car.

We have tried many cables - of varying price points and brand names - which survived a few weeks or months of standard usage - only to break at the point where the cable goes into the connector. The pricey Belkin one broke, so we went to Best Buy to seek out other options and this one seemed to be the sturdiest option at the time. It has survived longer than the others, including some extensive travel. It also has a fun light up cable, which adds to it's panache. At $20 it was highly overpriced, but then again ALL charger cables are highly overpriced. The mark up is insane for a product genre that, in general, sucks at durability. I give this one 4 stars because so far it's survived but was overpriced. If I never have to spend another dollar on a lightning charger cable, then I'll up it to 5.

Love this! Use it in my car. Lights aren't annoying and are pretty fun, especially when you realize they change speed once your phone is charged. Nice change of pace from the other standard chargers.

The cord works great for charging the phone. The best part is the way the light moves down the cord and looks like it's charging the phone. My daughter who is the ultimate user is thrilled.
