Worth it!

The good is that it lights up when charging, which is quite cool, and then lights go off when charging is complete. It is well made and the cord is a thicker gauge than the one Apple provides. The only downside is that for some reason it will quit charging when the phone gets to 90-something percent and then you have to wake the phone up for it to finish charging. Other than that, it's a good buy.

Connector keeps cracking
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the beauty of the cable, watching it light up is fun and relaxing, but even on cables that barely ever get touched the plastic on each end of the USB cable will crack over time, even on cables rarely touched such as those used for the iPhone dock cords. Go for the new designed of these cable that’s a circular cable instead of a flat ribbon cable. They tend to last a bit longer.

Colors and lights!

The chasing light progression gives a visual progress report of charging - the faster the lights move, the longer the remaining charge time. When fully charged, the lights go dark. Great conversation piece!
