This cord does exactly what I need it to do. I chose this cord to replace the one that I keep in my car since I am rough on those cords, they get stepped on and unplugged in a hurry. I'm hoping that the braiding around this cord will keep the cable from getting messed up. So far, so good.

I bought one of these in blue when my cord became frayed, which it seemed to do quite often. This appears to be a cord that will last a long time plus having a color distinguishes it from other cords that other people have so it doesn't get mixed up. I now bought a red one for my son.

I seem to have poor luck with charging cables, as they never seem to last as I think they should. And I don't put them through a lot of stress - from house to car to briefcase. In any event, this one has lasted me longer than most, and I went out and bought another because of it.

I'm sure anyone looking at this knows the woe of Apple's plugs falling to pieces. The wire breaking inside the plastic sheath preventing you from charging your phone or using your car's USB etc... Anyway, this cable is nicely made, longer than Apple's and doesn't seam like it'll be breaking anytime soon.

I purchased a cable like this a year ago for daily use and it is still working great. When the cable I use to charge my phone in my car melted from the heat recently, I knew that replacing it with a Modal cable was the right choice. I also like that the cord matches my phone case.

This cable has lasted a long time. It has survived a few teenage girls who sleep charging their phones, cause they're on them all night, and they need them as an alarm clock. Love the fact that it is braided, it makes it more rugged and less prone to accidents, rips, tears, and breaks.

I bought this charger after having to replace my apple charger for the umpteenth time. I was hoping that the braided cord would be much sturdier and I can't complain. We've had no issues with it and so far it has lasted longer than just about any other charging cable we've ever bought for an iphone!

I love that this is a nice, thick braided cable that gives a quick charge to my phone! The cable does not feel flimsy like a lot of the other cables do and I feel as if it will not come apart at the ends like the others that I have had in the past. Very please with this purchase!!

Its a lil more expensive than the rest but for the price its worth it and i like it because its durable. My work truck has a door over thr charger port than bends and tears the cables.... This one is braided and doesnt bend tear nor break. Im going tomorrow to buy a USB-C one

This MODAL brand cable is sleek and looks great. Comes four feet in length, I find the three or three and a half not quite long enough. I purchased the grey/black. Built strong. Better then the apple cables for sure. Loved it so much, went back and bought the pink and blue for other family members.

I have this one in my car and I love the braided cord. It feels better made than the cheap plastic from Apple and I'm not worried about it as it can withstand a lot of use. Occasionally I get the "accessory not supported" on my iphone but usually I just flip the plug over, plug it in again and it works fine. Can't tell you why and it's not always displaying that error. Solid cable either way.

This is a nice charging cord. Its a little bit longer than the apple branded one and also a little cheaper. I was looking for the most robust cable possible. I was actually looking for a steel cable reinforced Heavy duty charging cable. Because we all know where the cable wears out--right at the connector end. Best buy didn't have any super heavy duty cables but this is a somewhat close second.

I love the braided nature of this cord. I feel like in a hold up much better than a traditional lightning cable. I also use this in my vehicle and we have very cold winters and it's held up fine this winter thus far. What I mean by that it has not become brittle or frayed in anyway.

I bought this for an extra charging cable. It works well and doesn't get tangled.

Have had this cord of almost 2 years and no complaints. A great length and it is constantly used in car. kitchen, camper its on the move all the time and shows no signs of wear unlike other cords ive had that burned out or needed special care to charge but not this one!

I have been using this cable for over a month now and I have come to really like it. If you have had multiple Apple devices you know the cords discolor and and wear down, fairly quickly. This cable is braided and I feel like it's going to last way longer than an average one.

I only recently was introduced to the braided cable. I have 4 kids and in addition to loosing cables we have had to replace cables that no longer work because the plastic has worn out exposing wires. So far our experience has been that the braided cord holds up better than the standard cord.

I needed a Lightning charge cable for use in my car, as the Apple OEM cables kept falling apart. This braided cable is much sturdier, and has held up great after several months of use. And I've not gotten any warnings on my iPhone 6 regarding a "non approved" cable. Highly Recommended.!!

My Ipad is getting old and the battery goes fast, so I keep it charging while I use it, this cable works even better than my Apple charge, it's long enough and it seems the charge last longer, I've been using it for a couple of weeks and highly recommend it.
