    Presentation/Availability: Product was well packaged with no broken/opened box. There were many available at the store. Performance: It does exactly what I needed from this device. I was looking for a braided cable of 4’ or more and I got it. If of strong construction so you can use it and use it again and again. The electrical adapter is detachable, so you can use the cable with USB ports anywhere too. I just leave the adapter plugged at my office and take the cable back home for USB charging. Customer service: Very good customer service. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked through the door and helped me to contact the correct employee at the right area for getting my product, which I did quickly.

    This is a great design for the charger cord , compare to the charger cord Apple gives you when you buy an iPad , I have went through 2 cords due to the thin weak design wher the cord breaks at the plug in to the wall socket, Apple need a stronger design , especially the money customers pay for these iPads, and it is not cheap the iPads.
