    The Apple and insignia cables aren’t robust enough for heavy use IMO, But this braided cable seems to be more durable.

    This is a replacement cord - it is good in that it seems durable/unlikely to wear or gray. However, it is also inflexible (a trade off for having a hopefully long-lasting cord).
