    I opted for this nylon cable as a back up, but ended up using it with my USB C between MacBook Air and iphone. It’s doing what it’s supposed to under minimal abuse.

    The 10’ braided phone charger is ideal for your teen. It allows for more access and is much more durable for the price.

    I originally bought this cable about 2 years ago. It worked well but then it’s started charging intermittently. This cable was a warranty replacement for that original cable.

    The cords Apple give you don’t last. The casing wears off. But this is my second one to replace yet another factory charge cord.
