All previous chargers for the iPhone would fall apart at the connector within a few weeks to a few months. This charger has held up well and takes daily wear and tear from my teen daughter. I would recommend getting one of these instead of other chargers to avoid having to buy more than one.

I bought this cord bc I liked the color. And then I found out how you could store it and it not be tangled.

This is a basic lightning, with fun colors. Has additional protection that should aid in durability.

I would recommend Apple use these cords instead of the factory issued cords due to durability of cord
